Liability Waiver

A Liability waiver must be filled out prior to check-in.

Arrival and Departure

  • Cabin Check-In: 1:00PM to 6:00PM
  • Cabin Check-Out: 10:00AM
  • RV & Tent  Check-In: 1:00PM to 6:00 PM
  • RV & Tent  Check-Out: 10:00AM


Unable to make it before 6:00pm?

  • Please contact the campground office as soon as possible at 501-428-3854. We may allow a scheduled late check-in no later than 9 pm, and this will include a $25 fee.

Relocating

 If you are relocating to the area, check with us. We often have an available R.V. site that can be rented for an extended period of time to make moving into our area as convenient as possible. 

Cancellations

 100% refund until 30 daysbefore check-in. 50% refund 14 days prior, then 13 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable; however, if you would like to reschedule, we would be more than happy to accommodatee you.

Note: All refund calculations exclude fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. We do not refund for leaving early.

Quiet Time

We ask our guests to keep noise levels and activity down during the following hours in consideration of others.


Normal Hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am


Holiday Hours: 11:00pm to 8:00am



Speed Limit (5MPH)

To keep our campers and staff safe, we ask our guests to drive no more than 5 miles per hour. 

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the following areas:


  • Restrooms
  • Showers
  • Laundry Room
  • Pool Area
  • Cabins


We ask that you follow these rules so that we can maintain cleanliness throughout our campground. If you choose to disregard these rules you may be charged a fee of $250.00 or more. 

Visitors

You are welcome to have visitors. We ask that everyone follow the same rules and be respectful of all those around you! Visitors must check in at the office to obtain a parking pass upon arrival and may not camp overnight unless they purchase a campsite or an add-on to your campsite. Non- camping guests may not use the pool.

RV &Tent

 All prices include 2 people; all additional people are $5 per person per day, and this includes children over the age of 1.  The pet fee is $5 per pet per day.

 If extra people or pets accompany you on your trip and they are not added to your reservation upon check-in, you may be asked to leave without a refund.

* All pets must be on a leash at all times. Carry a waste collection bag with you while walking your pet to properly dispose of and to avoid a clean-up fee of $25 per incident. Do not leave pets outside while you are away from the campground.

*Do not flush any type of wet wipes, paper towels or sanitary napkins as this causes a backup. If you do, you will be charged $150 or more to correct the issue.

*Do not leave food products, diapers, cigarette butts, or garbage of any kind in your fire pits & camping area when you depart, there is a garbage dumpster to properly dispose of it. You will be charged $35 if we have to clean it for you, plus you will attract hungry wild animals.

*Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool.

* Quiet time is 10pm-8am (11pm-8am holiday weekends). Please respect others.

*Firewoodis $6 a bundle and must be paid for before collecting. No out-of-state wood is allowed. 

Cabins

  

All prices include 2 people; all additional people are $15 per person per day, and this includes children over the age of 1.  The pet fee is $10 per pet per day.

No smoking/vaping of any kind inside- If your cabin smells like marijuana or cigarettes, there will be a fee of $250 or more.

*If extra people or pets accompany you on your trip that are not listed on your reservation and are not added upon arrival, you may be asked to leave without a refund.

*Carry a cleanup bag with you when walking your pet to avoid an additional charge of $25 per incident. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Do not leave pets outside while away from the campground.

*Do not use bath towels/hand towels or washcloths to clean up a mess or dry off a pet. Cabin towels are not to be used at the swimming pool.  

*Muddy /wet shoes should be taken off before entering the cabin.

*All contents in the cabin are accounted for after each use and there will be an additional charge to replace damaged or missing items. Pots/pans/utensils are not to be used outside on a grill or taken to other cabins.

*Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool.

*Firewood can be purchased for $6 a bundle. No out-of-state wood allowed.

*Quiet time is from 10pm- 8am and (11pm- 8am on holiday weekends) please respect others.

*The campground speed limit is 5 miles per hour. 

*Do not flush wet wipes of any kind.

  Dispose of the trash in the dumpster and wash used dishes, if the cabin is left a mess, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $75 or more. Do not leave garbage outside or in the fire pit.

Pool

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY


SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK


Free for registered guests staying with us. 

All children not yet potty trained must wear a disposable “swimming diaper”, not a regular diaper. If a regular diaper is worn, the pool will need to be closed and cleaned, and we will have to charge you for a cleaning fee plus chemicals.


Children under age 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.


Pool area No-No’s: No tobacco products, alcohol, or drugs. No smoking. No glass containers, No drinks, or food (clear plastic bottled water is ok). No pets in or near the pool or tied to the fence. No running, rough play, or cursing. No diving. No open wounds.


Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to the pool premises to anyone who doesn’t comply with Health & Safety regulations or the Rules listed above.

Dogwood Springs and its staff are not responsible for any injuries occurring at the facility or for items lost or stolen.



Pavilion

 We have a small pavilion that is free for our guests to enjoy. There may be times when other groups are using it. If you feel it might be an area you would like to use for a special occasion or gathering let us know. We will check your scheduled dates to make sure it is available! 

Showers

Free for our registered guests. Visitors coming off the river may use our showers for $5 per person. Please register and pay in the office upon arrival and prior to showering from 9am to 6pm.

Security

Management is on the premises at all times. All guests and visitors must register at the office.


Pets

Dogs are welcome to stay in our cabins for an additional fee of $10 per night, per dog. We hold on to your credit card information until the cabin has been cleaned  & inspected by management. If there is any damage in the cabin,  there will be a $150 or more charge to your card. Dogs are also welcome in our RV and tent sites for $5 per night, per dog. 


When you make your reservation, please let us know that you will have a dog with you while staying with us. Absolutely NO dogs are to be on the campground property that are not disclosed at the time of your reservation/check-in. We’re sorry, but visitors may not bring their pets on the property.

Dogs are never to be left unattended/barking in Cabins, RV, or Tent sites, and must be on a leash 100% of the time. Some dogs may not adapt to a campground setting well. You will need to take your dog anywhere you go or lock them in your RV if you’ll be leaving the park for an extended period of time. This is for the safety of our other guests and to keep your dog from excessive barking due to being left in unfamiliar surroundings.


Dogs are not allowed near the pool, bath/shower house, or any other place where people who are unfamiliar with your pet might be gathered. We must do all we can to prevent any unfortunate incidents.


Please pick up after your pets. We strive to keep our campground clean and sanitary. 


We reserve the right to refuse large or aggressive dogs.


Please follow the rules above out of common courtesy and to avoid any additional charges.
