If you are relocating to the area, check with us. We often have an available R.V. site that can be rented for an extended period of time to make moving into our area as convenient as possible.
50% of the reservation is non-refundable after 24 hours. The remaining 50% is refundable if your reservation is canceled at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. Processing fees will not be refunded. If you depart early, you are not eligible for a refund. Please be sure of your travel dates prior to booking.
We ask our guests to keep noise levels and activity down during the following hours in consideration of others.
Normal Hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am
Holiday Hours: 11:00pm to 8:00am
To keep our campers and staff safe, we ask our guests to drive no more than 5 miles per hour.

We ask that you follow these rules so that we can maintain cleanliness throughout our campground. If you choose to disregard these rules you may be charged a fee of $150.00 or more depending on the extent of damage.
You are welcome to have visitors. We ask that everyone follow the same rules and be respectful of all those around you! Visitors must check in at the office to purchase a day pass/ parking permit upon arrival and may not camp overnight unless they purchase a campsite.
Do not flush wet wipes of any kind into the sewer, these do not break down and cause clogs/backup. If this happens, you may be charged a fee of $150 or more to resolve the issue. Please do not leave garbage, food, or diapers in the fire pits/rings. These items must be properly disposed of in order to reduce the risk of being charged an additional cleaning fee.
Please read the rules posted inside each cabin as this will reduce the risk of an additional cleaning, damaged, or missing items charge to your account.

Free for registered guests staying with us. Visitors of registered guests may use the pool
for a $5 day-use fee per person.
All children not yet potty trained must wear a disposable “swimming diaper”, not a regular diaper.
Children under age 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
Pool area No-No’s: No tobacco products, alcohol, or drugs. No smoking. No glass containers, drinks, or food (clear plastic bottled water is ok). No pets in or near the pool or tied to the fence. No running, rough play, or cursing. No diving. No open wounds.
Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to the pool premises to anyone who doesn’t comply with Health & Safety regulations or the Rules listed above.
Dogwood Springs and its staff are not responsible for any injuries occurring at the facility or for items lost or stolen.
We have a small pavilion that is free for our guests to enjoy. There may be times when other groups are using it. If you feel it might be an area you would like to use for a special occasion or gathering let us know. We will check your scheduled dates to make sure it is available!
Free for our registered guests. Visitors coming off the river may use our showers for $5 per shower. Please register and pay in the office upon arrival and prior to showering.
Management is on the premises at all times. All guests and visitors must register at the office.
Dogs are welcome to stay in our cabins for an additional fee of $10 per night, per dog. We hold on to your credit card information until the cabin has been cleaned & inspected by management. If there is any damage in the cabin, there will be a $150 or more charge to your card. Dogs are also welcome in our RV and tent sites for $5 per night, per dog.
When you make your reservation, please let us know that you will have a dog with you while staying with us. Absolutely NO dogs are to be on the campground property that are not disclosed at the time of your reservation/check-in. We’re sorry, but visitors may not bring their pets on the property.
Dogs are never to be left unattended/barking in Cabins, RV, or Tent sites, and must be on a leash 100% of the time. Some dogs may not adapt to a campground setting well. You will need to take your dog anywhere you go or lock them in your RV if you’ll be leaving the park for an extended period of time. This is for the safety of our other guests and to keep your dog from excessive barking due to being left in unfamiliar surroundings.
Dogs are not allowed near the pool, bath/shower house, or any other place where people who are unfamiliar with your pet might be gathered. We must do all we can to prevent any unfortunate incidents.
Please pick up after your pets. We strive to keep our campground clean and sanitary.
We reserve the right to refuse large or aggressive dogs.
Please follow the rules above out of common courtesy and to avoid any additional charges.
